My Muse

You are no one’s muse.
You are not someone I’m afraid to lose.

No hearts long to hear your connection come near.
Your presence is not one that I hold most dear.

Your words are repetitive of all who you mimic,
Which means every move you make is a gimmick.

Without a stance of your own, you’re subject to all and
With no backbone of character you’re guaranteed to fall.

With no passion or truth on the edge of reality you hover,
Unwilling to surrender to be a good and gentle lover.

Because everything that you preach is connection and depth,
And you have none of that.
